Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All ticket purchases are final.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


2. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Spanish consumer law, tickets for events with a specific date or period of performance are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Therefore, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase.


3. Name Changes

Ticket holders may request a name change up to 24 hours before the event start time.

4. Rescheduling (If Applicable)

If the event operates on recurring dates, ticket holders may request to transfer their ticket to a future date, subject to:

5. Event Cancellation by Organiser

If CanaryPlay cancels an event, customers will be offered:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.


6. Event Changes

If minor changes occur (e.g. DJ change, small schedule adjustment), this does not entitle the customer to a refund.

If a significant change occurs (e.g. date change), customers may request a refund.


7. No-Shows

Failure to attend the event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.


8. Force Majeure

CanaryPlay shall not be liable for cancellation or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, safety issues, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

In such cases, refunds may not be guaranteed, but reasonable alternatives may be offered.
